Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects relating to corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal audit functions and environmental and social aspect, to our clients in various industries
  • Maintain good and efficient relationships within the engagement team.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationship with client personnel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting or in business related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in internal audit, risk services and IT auditing; experience in financial audit is definitely an advantage;
  • Relevant professional qualifications are preferred, including CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua;
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure; and
  • Willing to work under pressure, overtime and travel

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Regional Senior Risk Director to implement and maintain Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and manage the processes and controls of the business strategies;
  • Perform risk analyses and reports including identification, assessment, controls, reporting and monitoring all aspects of enterprise risk management in relation to risk appetite, internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements;
  • Provide for mechanisms to execute various risk, compliance, and control assessment and self-assessment processes.
  • Liaise with and challenge the risk and control owners’ assessments on a regular basis.
  • Lead the development and improvement of management reporting.
  • Ensure appropriate committee structures are in place and lead or serve on various enterprise risk related committees as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years relevant experience in the enterprise risk management and/or actuarial risk functions with management reporting responsibilities. Experience working in the financial services and insurance industry is essential
  • University level education in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Financial Statistics or Business related degrees. Post graduate or related professional qualifications are advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal communicator with an in-depth analytical and critical thinking mindset
  • Confident in guiding, influencing and persuading others either internally in other areas or externally with customers or agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese would be highly advantageous.
